The Arab Council strongly condemns the brutal Israeli aggression on Lebanon, which resulted in the killing of hundreds of innocent citizens and widespread destruction and devastation.

We extend our heartfelt condolences and solidarity to Lebanon, its government, and its people, in the wake of this cowardly criminal act.

These heinous crimes come just days after the Israeli enemy committed the crime of detonating remote-controlled wireless communication devices, which introduced civilian means into the battlefield in a way that signals the brutalization of warfare to unprecedented levels.

While emphasizing that the Council will take international legal action against these crimes, we call for a complete halt to all forms of normalization with Israel. We also urge all free people of the world to take action and exert pressure to end the brutal aggression on Palestine and Lebanon, and to seriously prosecute Israeli war criminals.
